Do you charge for delivery?
Not within our delivery service area which includes most of South Placer County and parts of Sacramento County. Including but not limited to: Loomis, Roseville, Granite Bay, Rocklin, Penryn, Newcastle, Citrus Heights, Lincoln, Orangevale and includes parts of Auburn, Folsom... We do discount for nearby deliveries.Back to Top
How long can I rent for?
The rental prices listed on our website are for all day. All day rentals give you greater flexibility over strict set hours. We start deliveries at 8am and end pickups at 9pm. You may choose the hours. We are very flexible. We can also set up for an overnight occasion or a two-day rental. Discounts are available for rentals of 4 hours(half-day) or less..Back to Top
Are your inflatables clean?
YES. We take care to clean AND sanitize our inflatables after each and every use. We take this step seriously and pride ourselves in providing clean and safe bouncers.Back to Top
What if it rains or is very windy?
If it rains or is very windy on the day of your event, you may cancel the reservation with No penalty. We can watch the weather all the way up to time of delivery. You can decide then if you want to go ahead with the rental. For safety reasons we do not operate the jumps in high wind and\or rain. It is OK if intermittent showers occur as the insides of the unit dry fast with a quick wipe of a towel. If weather conditions are marginal on your event date, and you decide to go ahead with the rental, we do not give refunds once the bouncer is setup.Back to Top
How many children can bounce at a time?
All of our jumps and slides are commercial quality. The 15'x15' jumps can easily support 1000 pounds of jumpers. Adults can join the children in the fun! As a safety guideline, the number of participants really depends on how active they are. Our jumps can handle the weight. Compatible sized children should play in the unit at the same time. Regardless of age. If needed split the children into groups.Back to Top
When is payment due & types of payment?
Payment is due upon delivery and set-up. The delivery person will set-up, review the safety rules with you and give you a copy, then collect your payment. Payments in cash, money order, or personal check (made out to: Little J's Jumps) are accepted. You may also use a credit or debit card or checking account to pay online with PayPal's secure payment system. No PayPal account is required to use this service. Just visit our "Online Pay'

What surfaces can bouncers be set up on?
Grass, concrete, asphalt, sand, bark, gravel & dirt surfaces are acceptable. Also, we can level out slopes or irregularities for our 15'x15' jumpers. Maximum slope is 15" of drop over the 15 foot length or width of the inflatable. Crossing planter borders, curbs, etc. can be accomplished. Most of our jumpers can fit onto a standard driveway. Our sandbags can be used to secure the jump if needed.Back to Top

What happens at time of delivery?
When the unit is delivered, we will inspect the site where the unit is to be placed to ensure that it is free of any obstacles or hazards to the unit or anyone playing in it. Since the unit has to be anchored in some manner, we will inquire as to any underground sprinkler systems to make sure that our stakes do not puncture a hidden pipe. Sandbags can be used to secure the jump instead of stakes. After the inspection, we will set-up the unit and review the safe operating instructions with you.Back to Top
What if I have to cancel?
Not a Problem. Just give us a call. We do not require a deposit to reserve, so there is No penalty on cancellation for any reason. As a courtesy, please try to cancel your reservation at least 4-5 business days before your event. This way we can give the opportunity to someone on our waiting list.Back to Top
